Problem: A Windows Stage 1 Sync or Host Sync failed with
RSP_SYNC_ERROR SYNC_ERROR_DEPLOY_WINUTIL STATUS_ERROR
Details: Failed to tar utilities package to SYSTEM@<IP address> (2)
Solution: The windows OS drive (usually the C drive) may have no free space on it. While the space needed to install the utilities is less than 1 GB, in order for there to be a successful Stage 1 and Stage 2 sync, or a successful Host Sync, the C drive must have at least 1 GB of free space on it. Verify that 1 GB of free space exists on the OS drive and then retry the sync. If not, then ask the System Administrator of the server to either add space to the C drive or free up some space on it.
