RSP_SYNC_ERROR SYNC_ERROR_EXAMINE STATUS_ERROR
Details: remote command execution failed (1); command = sync/host-examine -d
jobid file: /var/log/rackware/by-jobid/<string>.log
Resolution:
The userid that the RMM uses to access a Linux server should have a shell of 'bash'. If this gets changed for some reason to a different shell (e.g 'csh') then you may see this error.
Check the /etc/passwd file on the Linux source server to determine the shell being used for the userid that the RMM is using. If it is not using the bash shell, then change the default shell of this userid to be the bash shell. Then retry the sync.
