- Audit reports provide insights into user activities, configuration changes, synchronization tasks, and other operations performed on the SWIFT platform. This guide outlines the steps to generate operation audit reports using the SWIFT.
- Login to the SWIFT dashboard and navigate to the ‘Audit & Reports’ menu and ‘Audit Trail’ submenu.
- Here you can choose custom range in that you can select any dates, that you want to see a report.
- There are multiple options in that for eg. Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, 15 days, Last 1 month.
- And then click on ‘Export’ button to export the data in excel sheet.
- Once you exported the csv file, you can see Job name, Operation types, Source and target env, user, start and end time and sync status. Please see below snippet.
Generate a Sync report
- Login to the SWIFT dashboard and navigate to the ‘Audit and report’ and click on ‘Sync report’ submenu.
- Then click on ‘Select Filter option’ then you can select the any one option that you want to get report.
- There are multiple filters like source, target, source and target namespace, Object type, Job status etc.
- You can select any you want and then click on ‘Filter’ and click on ‘Run query’.
- For example, you want to filter source cluster Object type , then you can filter out the source cluster , cluster name and object type.
- In object type you can select any object types, here we have selected Deployment. And click on ‘Run Query’
- If you click on Run Query, then you will get specific sync report for the deployment. Also you can ‘Export’ the sync data. Please check below snippet.
