In this article, we’ll look at how to discover Image Registry (IR) and Artifact Registry (AR) in SWIFT.
During the application sync process, SWIFT automatically deploys a traipod. For this to work, you must provide the IR/AR details on both the source and target clusters. Also to sync an Image Registry or Artifact Registry, you first need to add or discover them in SWIFT.
How to add/discover the Image registry
1. Once you log in to the SWIFT dashboard, go to 'Container Registries' and click on the 'Add' button. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
2. Under 'Image registries' , click on the 'Add' button then it will display 'Image Registry Add' page,
You will get below options to select the cloud registries.
- In the Friendly Name field, Provide any friendly name as per your image registry.
- Go to the Registry Cloud Type dropdown and select the cloud type where image registry is present.
